For the Fall, under the guidance of State and County officials, and placing health and safety first, NCC will provide the majority of courses that can be instructed remotely or online in this format. Courses that have critical components and require face-to-face instruction, including classes with lab components that cannot easily be replicated remotely, will be instructed on-campus in a face-to-face format following appropriate health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain the safety of the NCC community.

NCC ID Card

All students are required to have in their possession an NCC ID card when they are on campus. Your ID card must be presented upon request. 

Student Services has implemented a modified ID card program with the following NCC ID photo guidelines. Students are to follow  the below instructions and guidelines in order to obtain an NCC ID card. After the student follows the instructions, an email response will be sent with an approval to come to the Student Services Center (SSC) to pick up the NCC ID card. 

Instructions

  1. Students should email StudentID@ncc.edu from their College email address.
  2. Attach your photo to the email.
  3. Your email must include:
    1. Name College has on file ( First, M, Last)
    2. NCC ID N# (ex. N00123456)
    3. Address
    4. Best contact phone number
  4. Once you have submitted your email with your proper photo under the NCC ID guidelines, you will receive an email response within several business days to come and pick up your ID at the SSC.
  5. You must show a valid NYS issued ID / Passport or Birth Certificate & the email you received in order to obtain your ID.

NCC ID Photo Guidelines

  1. Color photo taken within past 6 months.
  2. Clear image of face from shoulders up (NO SOCIAL MEDIA FILTERS).
  3. Have someone else take your photo (NO SELFIES).
  4. No hats, sunglasses or headgear.
  5. Use plain white background.
  6. Camera should take photo with full face view.
