NCC is now requiring that the immunization requirements be met prior to registration
at the College.
Physicals are required for Nursing, Allied Health and to participate in a sport; otherwise
no physical is required.
Students with no records of past immunizations are advised to:
- Check with your high school for immunization records
- Check with your doctors past and present
- Check with schools or colleges you have attended
- Check immunization records from the Armed Forces, Health Department, etc.
Students with medical Insurance can make arrangements with their doctors to get the
required proof of immunity – either immunization or blood tests.
Students without medical insurance must come in person to the Health Office after
completing their Admissions Application. Referrals and advisement will be provided.
Please refer to Immunization Requirement and Records page to learn how to obtain a
copy of your immunization record.
