The Student Services Center (SCC) is located in the lower level of NCC's landmark tower building and is the home of the Admissions Office/International Student Affairs — your first stop to enroll at NCC — the Academic Advisement Office, Bursar, Financial Aid Information Services, Photo ID’s, as well as, Placement Testing, and Student Financial Affairs.

The hub of NCC & the SSC, providing various forms of information about the college campus to students/staff/faculty and the external community.
Admitted students can discuss their educational goals (before and during enrollment) to ensure they have selected courses that will satisfy their graduation requirements.
Available to check the status of your application and drop off transcripts and other documents. High school enrichment students (pursuing a degree) may apply at the Admissions Office.
Provides the cashiering functions to the College for collection of payments and to enroll in the deferred tuition payment plan.
Submit your immunization and/or physical paperwork directly to a Health Office representative*.
Previous or current students can also obtain immunization transcripts.
*If a representative from the Student Health Office is not available, please go directly
to the Health Office to drop off your paperwork.
Report to Placement Testing to take your placement exams, after you have scheduled them online.
Processes all non-degree seeking students (visiting student or taking a course for
personal enrichment)
You may also add or drop classes at the Registrar’s Office.
