NCC Fall Semester
For the Fall, under the guidance of State and County officials, and placing health and safety first, NCC will provide the majority of courses that can be instructed remotely or online in this format. Courses that have critical components and require face-to-face instruction, including classes with lab components that cannot easily be replicated remotely, will be instructed on-campus in a face-to-face format following appropriate health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain the safety of the NCC community.
The Association has established a scholarship program to provide funds for incoming
students, continuing students, and graduating students. Awards are based on grade
point average and financial need. At present our resources have allowed our scholarship
committee to award $400 awards to incoming high school students, $400 awards go to
part-time continuing students at NCC (Fall 2017) with Minimum 12 credits Completed,
$700 awards to full-time continuing students at NCC (Fall 2017) with Minimum 33 credits
Completed, and $600 awards to graduating students (May 2017).
To keep the program going and to ensure its growth, we welcome your donations. Make checks payable to the Alumni Association of Nassau Community College and specify that your donation is for the scholarship fund. Mail your check to the Alumni Office.
