To finalize registration and to avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be received by the due date.

Early registration for spring classes through December 28th Payment due January 8th!

You will receive your Bill/Class Schedule via USPS and NCC email after December 8th.

Get ready:

• Complete your 2025/2026 FAFSA (school code 002873)
• Apply for TAP ( school code 2113)
• Check your account status on MyNCC
• Check out payment options

Late Registrations December 29 or later

Current charges and class schedule may be viewed on MyNCC. Bill/class schedule will NOT be sent via USPS.

To secure your class schedule, payment must be made by the scheduled due date. Pay online before midnight! Unpaid registrations are subject to cancellation.

All changes to your schedule made after the initial registration may be viewed on MyNCC.

Change of Plans?

If you do not plan to attend any or all classes, you must drop your class(es) before the start of the spring 2026 semester
Drop your classes at MyNCC no later than January 21^st or you will be liable for tuition and fees.

Financial Aid Applicants:

If your bill shows any balance due, after expected financial aid is deducted from your total tuition and fees, be sure to make a payment before the due date. Your payment confirms that you definitely plan to attend. If financial aid is approved after you have paid, the College will reimburse you.

IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE YOUR CLASSES MAY BE CANCELLED. IT IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DROP CLASSES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEMESTER TO AVOID LIABILITY.

Payment Options:

Make full payment or enroll in the College’s Deferred Tuition Payment Plan. Enroll online at MyNCC or in person at the Bursar’s Office, located in the Student Services Center. Choose a plan that works for you! New options ~ Enroll early and choose up to five (5) payments.

ONLINE: Pay your bill by credit card or personal check. Login and select $Financial, then $Pay Online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no service fee for payment via electronic check. A service fee will be charged for online debit and credit card payments.
