Spring Tuition Bill Due Dates

Spring 2024

To finalize registration and to avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be received by the due date.

Early registration for spring classes through December 25th – Payment due January 11th.

You will receive your Bill/Class Schedule via USPS and NCC email after November 28th.

Check your account status on MyNCC

Late Registrations December 26^th or later
If You Register BY...	Your Payment is Due
Current charges and class schedule must be viewed on MyNCC. Bill/class schedule will NOT be sent via USPS
12/26/2023 - 01/23/2024	48 hours after registration
On or after 01/24/2024	Immediately

To avoid cancellation of your class schedule payment must be made on or before the scheduled due date. Pay online before midnight!

All changes to your schedule made after the initial registration may be viewed on MyNCC.

Change of Plans?

If you do not plan to attend any or all classes, you must drop your class(es) before the start of the spring 2024 semester
Drop your classes at MyNCC no later than January 24th or you will be liable for tuition and fees.

Financial Aid Applicants:

If your bill shows any balance due, after expected financial aid is deducted from your total tuition and fees, be sure to make a payment before the due date. Your payment confirms that you definitely plan to attend. If financial aid is approved after you have paid, the College will reimburse you.

IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE YOUR CLASSES MAY BE CANCELLED. IT IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DROP CLASSES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEMESTER TO AVOID LIABILITY.

Payment Options:

Make full payment or enroll in the College’s 3-part Deferred Payment Plan. Enroll online at MyNCC or, if mailing your payment, see the back of your bill for the payment plan application.

ONLINE: Pay your bill by credit card or personal check. Login to MyNCC, select "Financial" then “Pay Online.” We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
BY MAIL: Checks and money orders may be mailed to the address indicated on your bill or to:

IN PERSON: Payments can be made at the Bursar's Office. Please check the College website for limited student service hours of operation. Cash payments may only be made in person.
