For the Fall, under the guidance of State and County officials, and placing health and safety first, NCC will provide the majority of courses that can be instructed remotely or online in this format. Courses that have critical components and require face-to-face instruction, including classes with lab components that cannot easily be replicated remotely, will be instructed on-campus in a face-to-face format following appropriate health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain the safety of the NCC community.

Winterim Tuition Bill Due Dates

To finalize registration and to avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be received by the due date.

11.9.20 - 12.6.20 December 15
12.7.20 - to end of process By close of next business day after initial registration*

 *To avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be made by the next business day after initial registration. Our online payment system is open 24/7 and can be accessed at MyNCC

Change of Plans?

If you do not plan to attend any or all classes, you MUST drop your class(es) before the start of the   winterim 2021 semester at MyNCC no later than  December 27 , 2020, or you will be liable for tuition and fees

You will receive a bill in the mail at the address in College records and via your NCC email if you register by December 6. Students registering on or after December 7 will only receive a bill via student email.  All changes to your schedule made after the initial registration may be viewed at MyNCC.

PAYMENTS MADE WILL HOLD ALL SUBSEQUENT WINTERIM COURSE REGISTRATIONS. IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE YOUR CLASSES MAY BE CANCELLED. IT IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DROP CLASSES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEMESTER TO AVOID LIABILITY.  

The College’s Deferred Tuition Payment Plan is not available for winter or summer sessions.

  • ONLINE: Pay your bill by credit card or personal check. Login to the MyNCC portal and select “Pay Online.” We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  • BY MAIL: Payment by check and money order may be mailed to the address indicated on your bill or to:

  • IN PERSON: Payments may be made at the Bursar’s Office, subject to the current limited in person service hours. Please check the College website for student service hours of operation.
