Liberty Partnership Program

In partnership with various Nassau County School Districts:  Freeport, Hempstead, Uniondale, Westbury

Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) identifies students enrolled in grades 5-12 who are at-risk of dropping out and experiencing other factors affecting school performance.  The LPP Team provides support services to students including; skills assessments, ​tutoring, ​academic and personal counseling, ​staff development, ​after school and mentoring programs. LPP also offers comprehensive pre-collegiate services and provides a strong alumni network of support to ensure a continued relationship with students throughout their post-secondary education.
