Garden City, NY – The Division of Business and Professional Studies and the Admissions Office at Nassau Community College invite those interested to a free information session on Friday, March 15, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room of the College Center Building (CCB). On that day, prospective students can learn more about the opportunities at the College in those areas.
Faculty will be teaching mini-classes in their disciplines, and current students will be available to talk about their experiences. Information regarding enrollment and financial aid will also be discussed. The Division of Business and Professional Studies at NCC consists of: Accounting and Business (degrees in Accounting and Business Administration); Administrative Business Technology/Health Information Technology (degrees in Administrative Business Technology (Administrative Support, Legal and Medical), Health Information Technology (medical coding); Criminal Justice (degrees in Criminal Justice, Fire Science and Emergency Management); Hospitality Business (degrees in Food Service Administration Restaurant Management, Hotel Technology Administration, Food & Nutrition, Dietary Management, and Food Service Technology); Legal Studies (degree in Paralegal Studies); and Marketing, Retailing, Fashion Buying & Merchandising, Fashion Design & Interior Design (degrees in Fashion Design, Fashion Buying & Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, Sport Marketing, and Retail Business Management).
Although admission is free to the Division of Business and Professional Studies and Admissions Information Session at Nassau Community College, we ask that individuals register ahead of time for the mini-classes by going to ncc.edu/infosession.
