The Chair of the Nassau Community College Board of Trustees under the Board’s Rules
of Procedure, Article VIII, paragraph 2, calls for a special meeting of the Board
of Trustees’ to be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 7:00 a.m. for the purpose of reviewing
the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation,
or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline,
suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation.

The Public Session will be held on the 11th floor of the Administrative Tower and Executive Session will be held in the Board
of Trustees’ conference room on the 10th floor of the Administrative Tower.
