Admission Days at Nassau Community College

 

June 15 & June 30

Garden City, NY – It's not too late to apply to Nassau Community College for fall 2016 admission. The College will hold Admission Days on Wednesday, June 15 and Thursday, June 30, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Student Services Center. Those who attend on either day can speak with an admission counselor. They can also learn about the admission process, financial aid, placement testing and academic advisement. In addition, participants can find out about opportunities for summer school and continuing education.

Whether students have just graduated from high school, completed high school in the past, wish to transfer from another college, or are planning to start a new career, NCC has programs and classes to help them get started. To be able to apply for admission on the spot, students will need:

High school graduates with no college credits: Official high school transcript in a sealed envelope SAT or ACT scores, if the student has taken either of these tests Non-refundable $50 application fee payable by credit card or check

College Transfer Students will also need: Official college transcript from each college attended (in sealed envelopes) High school transcript, if the student does not have an associate's or bachelor's degree Non-refundable $50 application fee payable by credit card or check
