6:10 p.m.                     Policy and Planning Committee (approximately)

6:25 p.m.                     Personnel, Affirmative Action and Labor Committee (approximately)

6:30 p.m.                     Open Public Session (approximately)           Executive Session

7:30 p.m.                     Public Session (approximately)

All meetings will take place on the 11th floor of the Administrative Tower except for the Executive Session, which will take place in the Board of Trustees' conference room on the 10th floor of the Administrative Tower.
