Nassau Community College Presents:  Really Really

May 1-4 & 7-11

Garden City, NY – The Nassau Community College Department of Theatre and Dance is pleased to present the startlingly funny play Really Really, which will be performed at the Little Theatre May 1-4 and 7-11.  This play contains explicit content.Winner of the Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding New Play, Really Really is about a group of ‘Generation Me’ students in the aftermath of a wild campus party during which something may or may not have happened behind a closed door between a privileged male student and a poor but ambitious female student. The morning-after gossip turns ugly as self-interest trumps all, and it’s difficult to determine just who the real predator might be. Written by Paul Downs Colaizzo, the play was called “Lord of the Flies with smartphones” by The New York Times.Performances of Really Really are Wednesday through Saturday at 8:00 p.m., and Sunday at 3:00 p.m. Tickets are priced at $9.00 per person. Those aged 55 and over may purchase a ticket for $7.00. While supplies last, rush tickets (tickets bought at the door at the time of performance) are free for college students with valid current ID. For more information, please call the theatre box office at 516.572.7676 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.About Nassau Community CollegeNassau Community College, part of the State University of New York, is an institution where nearly 23,000 full- and part-time students and approximately 10,000 continuing and professional students start and continue their successful journey through higher education.
