Garden City, NY – The Nassau Community College Center for the Arts and Humanities will present the art forum "Images of the African Diaspora in New York City Community Murals" on Thursday, November 8 at 11:30 a.m. in room GC-65 of Building G. The lecture will be presented by noted artist Jane Weissman. With Janet Braun-Reinitz, she curated three exhibitions based on the mural "When Women Pursue Justice," winner of a National Mural award. Weissman has also developed several traveling exhibitions.
