Garden City, NY – The Nassau Community College Department of Theatre and Dance is proud to present the children's musical You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, which will be performed at the Mainstage Theatre October 14 through 16 and 21 through 23.Based on the 1999 Broadway revival, You're a Good Man Charlie Browntakes place on an ordinary day in the life of the beloved children's character. It's day that's made up of little moments picked from all the days of Charlie Brown—from Valentine's Day to the baseball season, from wild optimism to utter despair, from bright uncertain morning to hopeful starlit evening—all mixed in with the lives of his friends.You're a Good Man Charlie Brown will be performed at 7:00 p.m. each Friday and 2:00 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday.  Tickets cost $9.00 per person; $6.00 for those aged 12 and under. Rush tickets for college students with valid ID are free while supplies last.
