PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees has called for a special meeting of the Board of Trustees to be held on May 3, 2023 for the purpose of interviewing a candidate for the position of President of Nassau Community College, and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees will open in public session on May 3rd at approximately 5:00 pm on the 11th floor of the Administrative Tower, and it is anticipated that upon opening in public session the Board of Trustees will immediately entertain a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid interview and is anticipated that the Board will return to public session at or about 6:30 pm on the 11th floor of the Administrative Tower, and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that while in executive session, in addition to conducting an interview of a candidate for appointment to the position of President of Nassau Community College the Board will discuss and consider the appointment of a person to the position of President of Nassau Community College, and matters relating thereto.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, when the Board resumes public session at or around 6:30 p.m. to close the meeting, no public speakers will be scheduled on the agenda.
