NCC Fall Semester
For the Fall, under the guidance of State and County officials, and placing health and safety first, NCC will provide the majority of courses that can be instructed remotely or online in the following format. Courses that have critical components and require face-to-face instruction, including classes with lab components that cannot easily be replicated remotely, will be instructed on-campus in a face-to-face format following appropriate health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain the safety of the NCC community.
Newly accepted transfer students will receive an email regarding advisement/registration. Once you receive the email, if you wish to meet with an academic advisor, you may do so at your earliest convenience. Students will be advised in the order they arrive on a walk-in basis during our Student Services Office Hours. Government-issued photo ID is required for sign-in. The Office of Academic Advisement reserves the right to discontinue sign-in earlier than the posted hours when our volume of activity requires it.
Students accepted into the following majors will be contacted by their Academic Department: Mortuary Science, Nursing, Physical Therapist Assistant, Radiation Therapy Technology, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Care and Surgical Technology.
Please note: Students who wish to enroll in pre-calculus or calculus must have transfer credits for the pre-requisites or should schedule a AAF (Advanced, Algebra and Functions) test with Placement Testing call 516.572.7780.
Weekend advisement is available for students in Liberal Arts and other Programs. Please go to Weekend College for more information.
